  • If you have Yu-Jo Friendship and Unity in your graveyard and your opponent doesn't have any monsters on the field and you activate this card your opponent can only draw but it'll only last 1 turn and cost you half your Life Points. (a great way to stall for Exodia).
  • Bear in mind that neither effect of this card will negate the activation/summoning of a card in chain. For example, you cannot chain this card to "Raigeki" to negate its effect, nor can you chain it to the Summoning of a "Cyber Dragon" to destroy it. You can, however, chain it to a card that is about to Summon a monster, select the anti-monster effect, and fizzle the card. As an added bonus, cards like "Future Fusion" and "Call of the Haunted" uselessly occupy a Spell/Trap slot after the fact.
  • This card's anti-monster effect can be used during a Battle Phase to negate annoying monster effects. Notable targets include any monster that increases its own ATK, such as "Legendary Fiend", or a "Neo-Spacian Grand Mole" on an attack run.
