why is this certain card banned? Uleva, Meteo the Matchless, and Queen of Fate- Eternia all have basically the same effect, but Victory dragon is for some reason the only one of them thats banned!
: [[Ulevo]], [[Meteo the Matchless|Meteo]] and [[Queen of Fate - Eternia|Eternia]] each have a limitation text on the bottom-left corner of the card (where the Card Number should be) which reads '''This card cannot be used in a Duel'''. This makes their status [[Illegal]] which is kinda worse than [[Forbidden]] (Banned).
