"The Creator":

This card can be Tribute Summoned with one Tribute using "Kaiser Sea Horse" and "The First Monarch, or Special Summoned from the hand with the effect of "The Creator Incarnate".

This card can be used to Special Summon "Destiny HERO - Disk Commander", triggering its effect.
