He questions if its okay, but Rex states that with the Signers being awake it was only a matter of time before the Dark Signers would as well.He also appeared later when Rex went to confront his brother, conversing with [[Lazar]], confirming Rex's actions and stating that the world has been waiting 20 years for them to make their decision.
