  • His name seems to be based on the superhero, "The Flash".
  • This seems to be a younger form of "Elemental Hero Voltic".
    • Although, "Elemental Hero Flash" has 100 ATK and DEF more than its older self.
  • He might be based on DC Comics superhero, Static.
    • This is supported by Voltic appearing to be an older version, similar to how there was an older version of Static in a crossover between DC Comics-based cartoons: Batman Beyond and Static Shock
  • This card's artwork somewhat resembles "Elemental Hero Sparkman". Additionally, his DEF is the same as ATK of "Sparkman".
  • The monster design seems to be based on "FlashMan.EXE" from the "Mega Man Battle Network" games.
