- The bus on this card's artwork seems to be "Tour Bus From the Underworld".
- This card's name is a play on the fact that the previous pack's abbreviation is ORCS, yet there were no "orcs" in it.
- "Coach Goblin" is on this card's artwork, specifically, he's on the bus, watching the "Tardy Orc" trying to chase the bus.
- This could be a retrained version of "Giant Orc", especially if "Coach Goblin" is present.
- It has the same ATK, DEF, Level, Attribute, Type and clothes as "Giant Orc".
- This card's name might be referring to it being late to the "Tour Bus From the Underworld". This could be because, at Level 4, it is unuseable with Tour Guide From the Underworld.
- Its effect also reflects this, in a way, by preventing it from attacking during the same turn as it was Normal Summoned (perhaps as a "penalty" for its lateness).
- This card being unable to attack the turn it is summoned is known as "summoning sickness" in other TCGs such as Magic the Gathering.
