Q: It says you can only use this card if you were present at the tournament, but does that mean you could have only used it during said tournament?
A: Regardless it is illegal, but I assume it would work after WC07 because you "were" present, "not" are present. Dmaster (Contribs • Count) 15:10, 16 November 2008 (UTC)
