* This card is closely similar to [[Thorn of Malice]], in that it protects a monster from being destroyed by battle while also reducing its ATK, but it's the opposite of it since it applies to the monster it was used on, rather than the opposing monster.
* This is the first [[Guardians]] [[Tuner Monsters|Tuner Monster]] in anime.
