:1. Similar to ruling of "Elemental HERO Wildheart", if he's 1 of two targets that get destroyed by [[Two-Pronged Attack]], then "Infernity Guardian" can survive it as well, since you have select other Monster to destroy two at same time.

:2. He's dead once Life Points hit 0; it's like a gal of blood left in his body, if he let it out, then he won't be able to survive by re-filling his lost amount.
