** This card's name, Tris, is from the French word for empress, ''impératrice''.
* This card shares the same ATK and DEF as "[[Dark Magician Girl]].".
** Both cards also share an effect to increase their ATK in increments of 300.
* Interestingly, this This card's effect is quite opposite acts as a counterpart to "[[Magical Hierophant Heiron]],", as this card destroys monsters while the other Heiron destroys Spell/Trap Cards.** Also, their relationship is similar to "[[Shooting Star Dragon]]" and "[[Red Nova Dragon]]", for the effect of "Red Nova Dragon" bases the number of [[Tuner monster]]s in the Graveyard while "Shooting Star Dragon" bases in the Deck. Their Levels also differ by 2 while these "[[Magical]]" [[Xyz Monster]]s differ by 2 Ranks
