The Flip effect of "Parasite Paracide" was useless as "Parasite Paracide" was destroyed by battle. Two turns later, Mako used this card to attack Joey directly, . Later he [[Tribute]]d s this card to Summon [[Amphibian Beast]].
* In the original manga, it was an [[Effect Monster]] that was apparently able to negate [[Trap Cards]], for it survived Joey's [[Chasm of Spikes]].
