Magical Stone Excavation brings back to the hand, but I can't recall any card that brings them to the graveyard or deck.. Are you sure you want to discard spells to the graveyard or shuffle them in to the deck? or to mill spells to the grave? Your sure you don't mean to add them to your hand? I must ask what this is for..GODDIS

recycle also works, but the card goes to the bottom.

Like Solastramage666 said, Hidden Book Of Spell. You can combo Recycle with Convulsion of Nature so the next card you get goes back to the bottom. There's another card too but I can't remember what it is.
