"Fishborg Blaster":

This card can be used as protection for "Mermaid Archer" and "Armed Sea Hunter".

"Treeborn Frog" can be discarded for this effect, effectively removing the cost. "Treeborn Frog" may also serve as the WATER monster needed for this card's effects.

If Substitoad is on the field and Fishborg Blaster is in your graveyard, you can discard cards from your hand to special summon fishborg, and immediately substitute him for a frog monster from your deck. Repeat this process to facilitate the use of Des Croaking, or perform a wetlands OTK.
