Forum:Ancient tablets?

Right, I'm aware that the anime isn't actually real, but I just can't understand why there is such a huge mistake... So Pegasus went out into ancient egypt, and there he found the ancient game of duel monsters, then, filled with inspiration, returned home to paint what he had found, all of the scenes depicting monsters of various shapes and sizes, which (supposedly) were bound to magic and all that sort of stuff. But, with certain cards Musician King or Penguin Soldier this just isn't feesable, they did NOT have electric guitars in any egyptian dynasty, or import penguins, complete with cute armour. If Pegasus is just creating new creatures, surely they won't have a "duel spirit" but in many episodes, some cards (like the entire Elemental Hero range) are shown with spirits. It doesn't make any sense to myself. I'm not sure why it annoys me so much, but it really does, so, please explain it to me. :D Penguin Soldier (talk • contribs) 11:59, August 9, 2010 (UTC)

Enternal Evoluton Burst (talk • contribs) 12:48, August 9, 2010 (UTC)every card has a duel spirit but it depenends if the user can see it or not. like jesse,jaden,chazz they have special abillities which allows them contact duel spirits which others dont have. i can prove this since jaden went to a different dimmension fulled with duel spirits. like you just said pegasus got inspiration from the tablets. inspiration only inspires u doesnt mean u jus copy out everything with no originality, besides u know wat type of person is pegasus he uses a toon deck.

I think it's that every card has a duel monster spirit because Pegasus had a Millenium Item, thus he gave the cards life in spirits. Anyone thinks this to be a good theory?
