(Consolidation of similar points (ie Kelbek, and Kaiser Glider). Removed some bad advice (shield warrior would not work if the opponent is able to use his normal battle phase).)

* Use "A Cat of Ill Omen" to put this card onto the top of your deck (or even in your hand, if you have "Necrovalley" on the field).

* If you haven't used their effects in the current duel, by selecting "Suijin", "Kazejin" or "Sanga of the Thunder", you can reduce the ATK of your opponents selected monster, unless stated on the opposing monster, for an instant win.

** The strongest monster the opponent can summon is "Beast Machine King Barbaros Ür" meaning that you have to have a monster with more than 3800 ATK on the field. But there are still abilities like that of "Sanga of the Thunder" which can stop you even if your monster has more ATK than the opponent.

* Use this card with "Vanity's Fiend", "Jowgen the Spiritualist" or "Fossil Dyna Pachycephalo". Your opponent will be unable to special summon their monster (due to their effect) and you will be guaranteed a win.

* Use "Wall of Revealing Light" to quickly bring your Life Points to less than 1000.

* Use "Wall of Revealing Light" to quickly bring your Life Points to less than 1000.

* Use "Cyber-Stein" to summon "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" and then use "Last Turn", if possible. Cards like "Final Countdown" can be useful.
+
* Using this card to summon a monster which prevents your opponent from special summoning will result in a guaranteed win. Such monsters include: "Archlord Kristya", "Vanity's Fiend", "Jowgen the Spiritualist", "Fossil Dyna Pachycephalo" or a Ritual Monster that used "Djinn Releaser of Rituals" as a Tribute for its Ritual Summon.

* If you select "Yubel" you're guaranteed to draw because Yubel cannot be destroyed by battle.
+
* Similarly, you can (almost) guarantee at least a draw by summoning a monster that will remove a monster it battles from the field. These monsters include: "D.D. Warrior Lady", "D.D. Assailant" or "D.D. Warrior";  "Newdoria", "Yomi Ship" or "Exploder Dragon"; "Kaiser Glider", "Neo-Spacian Grand Mole", "Wall of Illusion", "Kelbek" or "Mist Valley Soldier"

* If you use "Inferno Tempest" and still have a monster on the field right before you activate this card; your opponent would have no monsters to summon.
+
* "Interplanetary Invader 'A'" can also automatically win the game by taking control of your opponent's monster.

* This card works effectively with Cloudians as most Cloudians cannot be destroyed by battle, so the outcome of the duel will always be either you winning the duel or ending the duel in a draw.
+
* Victory can also be (almost) guaranteed by summoning a monster that has an effect that ensures it will have a higher ATK than the monster it battles. Examples include: "The Wicked Avatar", "Suijin", "Kazejin" or "Sanga of the Thunder". Alternatively, select any monster with more than 3800 ATK, as the strongest monster the opponent can possibly summon with this card is "Beast Machine King Barbaros Ür".
** A "Gellenduo" might be an alternate battler for this strategy, either.
+
 +
* If your monster cannot be destroyed by battle, you are likely to ensure at least a draw. Examples include: "Gellenduo", many of the Cloudian monsters, Spirit Reaper, Marshmallon or even Yubel. Infernity Guardian also works because you have no cards in hand. Alternatively, activate "Waboku" before "Last Turn" resolves.

* This card can combo well with "Rainbow Dark Dragon" if it is later on in the duel and you have many Dark monsters in your graveyard and you use "Rainbow Dark Dragon's" effect to remove say 8 dark monsters can double its ATK to 8000 and your opponent would most likely be hard pressed to beat that unless they use a monster who has immunity from battle or an effect that destroys monsters that it battles with.
+
However, you should remember that the monster would still be vulnerable to the effect(s) of the monster it battles, and also that if the opposing monster survives the special battle phase, it can still attack during the normal battle phase, and can inflict battle damage.

* If you cannot summon a monster to counter your opponent, summon "Newdoria", "Yomi Ship" or "Exploder Dragon" and kamikaze into the opposing monster, resulting in a draw.
+
* If you use "Inferno Tempest" and still have a monster on the field right before you activate this card; your opponent would have no monsters to summon.

* Activate "Waboku" before "Last Turn", selecting "Wall of Illusion" or "Kelbek" or "Mist Valley Soldier".

* Activate "Last Turn" with "Interplanetary Invader 'A'" to automatically win the game.

*You can use a card like "D.D. Warrior Lady", "D.D. Assailant" or "D.D. Warrior" and remove your opponent's monster from play to have the Duel result in a Draw.

* If you activate this card, use "Fortress Warrior" to prevent you from losing if you do have nothing else to use. "Obnoxious Celtic Guard" shall defend you from a strong monster your opponent may use. Using "Kaiser Glider" is practical, since he won't be destroyed by 2400 ATK monsters, possibly resulting in a win, and if he gets destroyed, he may bounce the attacker back to its owner's hand, causing a DRAW.

* Use "Sasuke Samurai 4" while activating this card. When Sasuke battles, he may destroy the opponent's monster if you don't miss the coin toss, guaranteed as a win

* Activate this card with "The Wicked Avatar" or "The Wicked Dreadroot" for an almost automatic win.

* If your opponent uses this card and you can't counter it, select "Copycat" for a draw.

* If both monsters have the same ATK, remove a "Shield Warrior" in your Graveyard from play to leave your monster as the last one standing.

* Use with "Marshmallon" to cause a Draw.

* You can also use with "Twin-Headed Behemoth" to cause a Draw because it can be brought back from the graveyard at the End Phase.

* Use "Neo-Spacian Grand Mole" and bounce both monsters back into the hand to cause a Draw.

* Use with "Archlord Kristya" for an automatic win.

* Use this the turn after you summon the "Winged Dragon of Ra". Not only will you have satisfied this card's Life Point requirement, your Ra should have enough Attack Points to defeat any monster your opponent is able to summon.

However, you should remember that the monster would still be vulnerable to the effect(s) of the monster it battles, and also that if the opposing monster survives the special battle phase, it can still attack during the normal battle phase, and can inflict battle damage.

 • If you use "Inferno Tempest" and still have a monster on the field right before you activate this card; your opponent would have no monsters to summon.
 • Use this the turn after you summon the "Winged Dragon of Ra". Not only will you have satisfied this card's Life Point requirement, your Ra should have enough Attack Points to defeat any monster your opponent is able to summon.
 • If you activate this card while you have "Elemental HERO Wildheart" on the field and another monster, choose the other monster for "Last Turn's" effect. Wildheart will not be sent to the Graveyard via "Last Turn's" effect, meaning if the monster you chose is destroyed, Wildheart may still be on the field, resulting in a Draw.
 • If your opponent uses this card you can summon one of the above monsters to ensure a draw, or select "Copycat".
