The Seven Kings
My seven kings deck includes all the monarchs and a wild heart torriential tribute combo to clear the field and summon a monarch for its effect. Also I included a dasher so I could discard him and special summon a tribute monster and summon a monarch in one turn. Other than that it's just a run of the mill monarch deck.
