- Used to tribute as it can be special summoned.
- Also used to get more fog counters because you can use Cloudian Turbulences effect to special summon it then summon a cloudian to get fog counters on the cloudian you summoned.
- Thins your deck when they are special summoned by the effect of cloudian-turbulence
