Battle City Rules are enforced by Seto Kaiba during the second season of Yu-Gi-Oh (Battle City Tournament). They are as follows. Players begin at 4000 Life points. Level 4 or below monsters can be summoned once per turn during a normal summon (Kuribo Level 1) Level 5-6 monsters need 1 sacrifice in order to normal summon (Summoned Skull Level 6). Level 7-8 monsters require 2 sacrifices to normal summon. Monsters with 9 or more start levels require 3 sacrifices to normal summon (Egyptian God Cards). Fusion Monsters must wait 1 turn after they are summoned before they can attack. If you opponent has no monsters in play, you are free to attack his or her Life Points directly, reducing there score equal to the monsters attack. The most important rule: When you win a duel in Battle City, you also claim your opponents rarest card as a prize along with the amount of Locater Cards wagered on the duel.
