- No, Ceasefire's effect will flip it up. But if you want to activate one of your own flip effect monsters first, then you have to flip summon it before you activate Ceasefire
Does there have to be a facedown monster on the field to activate ceasefire? Yummyjelly 23:20, January 2, 2010 (UTC)
