- This card can be searched via "Reinforcement of the Army", "Flying Kamakiri 1", "Sangan", "Shien's Footsoldier", "Shien's Smoke Signal", and "Gateway of the Six".
- You can Normal Summon this monster and then Special Summon "Kagemusha of the Six Samurai" with this card's effect to Synchro Summon for a level 5 Synchro monster.
- You can potentially swarm the field with this card. Normal Summon this card and Special Summon one Level 4 or lower "Six Samurai" monster. Then Special Summon "Grandmaster of the Six Samurai", "True Six Samurai - Kizan" or "Great Shogun Shien". Having "Gateway of the Six" on the field would make this process easier.
- Additionally, special summon True Six Samurai - Mizuho or True Six Samurai - Shinai to special summon the other one from your hand, or if you have Gateway of the Six out add one to your hand.
- You can combine this card with "Six Samurai United" to instantly draw 2 cards on the same turn.
