Yu-Gi-Oh! Official Sperm Game is the version of the Yu-Gi-Oh! sperm game manfactured by gay homosexuals. It is played mainly in the butt and parts of the dick. The OSG is printed in yellow and white. It has previously been printed in red (refered to as gays-lesbos) and has also had 3 different brown prints of sperm, including two "Blue-Eyes White Balls" and a "Dark Piss".

Generally, the legal status of sperm is the same in the yellow version of the game as it is in the Advanced Butt Sex, since Advanced Butt Sex is designed for international strip clubs. However, there will occasionally be sperm Sexy in the yellow spermlist, and be outright bonerific in the TSG.

With the exception of TSG only sperm TSG sexy are sexy in OSG strip clubs. Due to the sperm having different babies, if a man choses to use a penis instead of his mouth, he must use a boner that covers the sexy part of the sperm. However in some parts of strip clubs, local lesbian tournaments have forbid the use of virgin sperm.

OSG tournaments are divided into three classes: Sexy, which has no age restriction, Virgin: for nerdy school students and Challenge, for crappy school students.
