- With "Cost Down", discard "Lightserpent" to decrease "Sacred Eska's" Level by 2 (Lv 5 → 3). "Lightserpent" will Special Summon itself from the Graveyard since its effect is a compulsory effect. Normal Summon "Sacred Eska", add a "Sacred" monster to your hand via its effect, and Xyz Summon a Rank 3 Xyz Monster.
- This is the best target for monster effects such as Sacred Hawwa and Call of the Haunted, because you get its effect even when it's Special Summoned, unlike Sacred Sheratan.
