• This card can be searched with "Sangan", "Superancient Deepsea King Coelacanth", "One for One", or "Mother Grizzly".

• Use this card in an "Ice Barrier" deck. This card + "Dai-sojo of the Ice Barrier" or "General Raiho of the Ice Barrier" make an easy "Gungnir, Dragon of the Ice Barrier".

• This card is useful in Fish decks with "Superancient Deepsea King Coelacanth". Use Coelacanth's effect and summon 2 "Oyster Meisters", 1 "Royal Swamp Eel", and this card. First, tune "Fishborg Launcher" with the 2 "Oyster Meisters" to make "Gungnir, Dragon of the Ice Barrier". Then, Synchro Summon "T.G. Hyper Librarian" using "Royal Swamp Eel" with 1 of the "Oyster Tokens" from "Oyster Meister". Finally, use this card's effect (assuming your Graveyard is still all WATER monsters as it should be) to Special Summon him from the Graveyard. Then, tune this card with the other "Oyster Token" and "Superancient Deepsea King Coelacanth" to make "Trishula, Dragon of the Ice Barrier" to banish your opponent's cards and draw a card.

• To negate this card's effect that banishes it, use "Imperial Iron Wall".

• This card can be sent to the Graveyard using "Genex Undine", "Skreech", "Nimble Sunfish", or Foolish Burial".

• Normally, you can only use this card to Synchro Summon an "Ice Barrier" Synchro Monster. But you can also use it to Synchro Summon "Frozen Fitzgerald", "Hydro Genex" and "Sea Dragon Lord Gishilnodon" if you use "DNA Transplant", "Genex Ally Remote" and "Star Changer", respectively.
