- "Gem-Knight Seraphi", "Constellar Hawwa", "Constellar Pollux," and "Evilswarm Castor" appear in the artwork for this card.
- Evilswarm Castor is missing the red Evilswarm emblem normally present on his hip-plate. The significance of this, if any, is unknown. It could be that, as the card's name suggest, "Evilswarm Castor" is being purified and being reborn to his former self before being corrupted by the Evilswarm virus.
- The inclusion of "Constellar Hawwa" may allude to Ascelapius, who in Greek mythology was a healer who ascended to godhood after he began resurrecting souls, but was smote for the crime against nature.
- This card's Japanese name could be a pun on the word "Supernova" (超新星 Chōshinsei).
