Blizzard dragon effect says the opponent's that it target cannot switch battle position and cannot declare an attack, it does not say if it can still switch battle mode with card effects. Can that targeted monster still switch battle mode with card effect?96.44.92.186 (talk) 20:57, May 20, 2013 (UTC)
