Secret Ultra Rare
A Secret Ultra Rare has the Secret Rare foil over the image, but has the Gold card name like an Ultra Rare.
The only images known for this type of rarity, are apparently misprinted versions of the two secret rares in the set, "Gaia the Dragon Champion" and "Tri-Horned Dragon" from the original Legend of Blue Eyes White Dragon booster pack.
