Card Appearances:Happy Lover
Yu-Gi-Oh!
- Téa plays this card in her duel against Joey's Rock Ogre Grotto 1 in episode 2. Although she states the playing Breath of Light inflicts battle damage, the real card does not, and she presumably attacked directly with this card after Rock Ogre Grotto had been destroyed.
- This card was seen in Yugi's hand against Bakura in episode 13 but he didn't play it.
- While performing Pegasus' tarot reading with Duel Monsters cards, Yami Bakura flips over "Happy Lover" in reverse position as the first of the cards. He states that the card normally represents the happiness of romance, but since it is upside down, it means that he has also experienced the tragedy of romance.
- In Yu-Gi-Oh! Capsule Monsters, "Happy Lover" is one of Tea's monsters, making regular appearances for the entire series before sacrificing itself in the final battle.
Yu-Gi-Oh! GX
- Happy Lover was one of the Duel Monsters spirits in the underground world where Jaden Yuki dueled Kaibaman in Yu-Gi-Oh! GX.
- Belowski actually summons this monster in a Duel. Its attack name is Happy Burning.
- This monster, along with Petit Dragon, Petit Angel, Dreamsprite and others weak monsters, appears when Chazz Princeton and Jaden Yuki are in the abandoned well. In the end, Chazz takes them along and puts them in his 0-ATK deck, though Archfiend Marmot of Nefariousness is never actually seen in play in the Slade vs. Chazz duel.
