Use Destiny Hero - Fear Monger's effect to draw 2 cards.
While this card may not be completely playable, it can still make a somewhat good appearance when discarded as a cost and then Special Summoned from the Graveyard.
Have 2 Destiny heroes on your side of the field, then use Destiny Draw with Destiny Hero - Disk Commander NOTE: one of those monsters should be Destiny Hero - Fear Monger.
Use Over Destiny ,due to its low-level,you can Special Summon it with any Destiny Hero in your Graveyard.
