if this was sent to the grave and was tributed summon, can i activate Burial from the different dimension and apply its effect and drawing cards? again?

Explanation

Tongue Twister needs to be sent from the field to the Graveyard for you to successfully draw 2 cards, but ONLY if you Tribute Summoned it to the field.

If you did and Tongue Twister is destroyed and removed from play by its own effect (and you draw 2 cards), you may think that by activating "D.D.R. - Different Dimension Reincarnation", you can possibly send it to the Graveyard again (removing it from play) to draw 2 cards. NO. This time, you Special Summmoned Tongue Twister to the field; you did not Tribute Summon it.
