Mr Shroud is a shady duelist manager who introduces Zane Truesdale to underground dueling. Shroud is pleases when Zane realises the pointlessness of respecting opponents, and this sends Zane back to the big leagues. When Shroud reminds Zane that he was the one who got him where he was, Zane had him thrown out of his car, with Shroud shouting that Zane would be sorry.
