• Zeta Reticuli is a binary star system located about 39 light years away from Earth. The fact that this monster looks very similar to the Alien monsters (in particular to "Alien Mother") is not a coincidence: some ufologists allege that Zeta Reticuli is home to an alien civilization they refer to as "the Greys". This is based on the alleged 1961 abduction of Betty and Barney Hill.

• The "EBE" in "EBE Token" (as well as in "EBE Abductor" and "EBE Epsilon") is an abbreviation for "Extraterrestrial Biological Entity".
