Introduction
The 2013 Collectors Tins is the twelth set of Collector Tin Series Promos for the game. The first wave of tins, released on August 30, 2013, features "Blaster, Dragon Ruler of Infernos" and "Tidal, Dragon Ruler of Waterfalls". The second wave of tins, released on November 22, 2013, features "Redox, Dragon Ruler of Boulders" and "Tempest, Dragon Ruler of Storms.
