- The dragon that appears in this card's artwork is a reference to the name "Dracula", which means "Son of Dracul", with "Dracul" being the Romanian word for "The Devil", derived from the Latin word Dracō ("Dragon"). Additionally, one of the meanings of Dracō in Ecclesiastical Latin was that of "Devil".
