• Cyber Blader only appears in season 1 and is used in Episodes 3, 41, 43 of Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, played by Alexis Rhodes. Her attack name in the English anime is Whirlwind Blade, and Glissade Slash in the original Japanese.

• Alexis first plays this card in episode 3 during her duel with Jaden. She summons it with "Polymerization". She then has this card attack and destroy "Elemental HERO Sparkman". Jaden then attacks this card with "Elemental HERO Flame Wingman" with "Kishido Spirit" preventing this card's destruction, however as there is one monster on Jaden's side of the field, this card is not destroyed by battle. Alexis then equips this card with "Fusion Weapon", increasing its ATK and DEF by 1500. She then has this card attack and destroy "Flame Wingman". This card is later destroyed by the effect of Jaden's "Elemental HERO Thunder Giant".

• Alexis next played this card in her duel against Titan. It is again summoned with "Polymerization". Since Titan controls two monsters, this card's ATK is doubled. Alexis is then forced to have this card attack "Archfiend Matador", however because of one of "Archfiend Matador"'s effects, it wasn't destroyed by the attack. This card is then destroyed due to another effect of "Archfiend Matador". Titan then takes no Battle Damage from the attack thanks to "Archfiend Matador"'s last effect. Alexis later summons another copy with "Polymerization". Since Titan now controls three monsters, the effects of his cards are negated. This card then attacks and destroys "Archfiend Matador", winning Alexis the duel.

• In the anime, Cyber Blader was a Level 6 monster, allowing Alexis to equip Fusion Weapon with it, while in the TCG, it's a level 7 monster.
