- Its first appearance was in Toei's Yu-Gi-Oh! movie, where Yugi summoned it by fusing Meteor Dragon with Shougo's Red-Eyes B. Dragon in his duel against Kaiba.
- Mr. T is seen using this card against Jaden Yuki. Its attack name in the Japanese version is Burning Dark Meteor.
