- In the Arabic anime dub, this card was called (الحربة الشرهة) literally "Glutton Spear". Considering that it is obviously a scythe rather than a spear, the correct name would be (المنجل الشره) "Glutton Scythe".
- The Greek name given derives from the official Greek dub of the anime and translates to "Reaper's Cythe".
- This card's name in the German dub of the anime, 'Brachialsense', translates to 'Brute Scythe'. It was kept unchanged in the TCG, thus this card's official German name does not include the name of the Guardian monster associated with the depicted weapon.
