• If your "Arcana Force 0 - The fool" is face down and selected as an attack target it's coin toss effect still must be preformed when fliped face-up for an attack,"Arcana Force 0 - The Fool's" coin toss effect is not applied when it is face down and selected as a target of a spell, trap or monster effect.
