OCG Rulings
- This monster is a Special Summon monster.[1][2]
- "Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set." and "This card cannot be used as a Synchro Material Monster." are not treated as Effect Monster effects.[1]
- If this card is successfully Special Summoned first through the correct procedure, then it can be Special Summoned by the effect of "Monster Reborn" (etc).[1][2]
- When you Normal Summon a monster that have a Trigger Effect when its Normal Summon, like Goblindbergh or Tin Goldfish, and if your opponent want to use the effect of Maxx "C", you don't have chain the effect of Kagatokage in moment you use the Trigger Effect of the Normal Summoned monster for then your opponent draw at least 2 cards. You may first wait your opponent use Maxx "C" as a Chain Link 2 from the Trigger Effect of the Normal Summoned monster, then use the effect of Kagetokage has Chain Link 3.
