Card Rulings:Meteor of Destruction

• If you activate "Meteor of Destruction", and an effect is chained that causes your opponent's Life Points to fall below 3000, "Meteor of Destruction" was already activated properly, so it resolves as normal.

Japanese Rulings

• Even if your opponent lower his/her lifepoints somehow during the chain this card is activate, as long as your opponent have 3000 or more lifepoints WHEN this is activate, your opponent would lose 1000 lifepoints (the requirement is seen before this is activate). This also apply to when this card is chain by effect of Continuous Magic.
