If Broken Bamboo Sword or this card leaves the field before the next Draw Phase after the activation requirement is met, the Draw Phase would not be skipped (and this card's effect is not applied).

"Soul-Absorbing Bamboo Sword" vs. "Solomon's Lawbook" - If you skip the second Standby Phase after this card is activated by effect of "Solomon's Lawbook", during the next of your Standby Phase, THAT one would count as your "2nd Standby Phase after this card is activated" and this card would be destroyed then.
