"Abyss-sphere":

This card can be searched by "Mermail Abyssmegalo" and recycled by "Mermail Abyssleed".

Use this card to Special Summon "Mermail Abysslinde" and, when it be destroyed during the End Phase, Special Summon a strong "Mermail" monster by its effect, like "Mermail Abyssmegalo", "Mermail Abyssleed", etc.

You can chain this card to the activation of "Royal Decree" so that you can still Special Summon a "Mermail" monster, and since this card will be negated by "Decree", the monster will not be destroyed during the End Phase, therefore you can Special Summon a high-level Mermail monster without worrying about it being destroyed during the End Phase.

Activate this card while you control a Tuner to Synchro Summon "Dewloren, Tiger King of the Ice Barrier". Then use its effect to return "Abyss-sphere" to your hand to reuse it.
