• This cannot be used with Jinzo, when Jinzo is on the field after this is activated you cannot use Heavy Storm to avoid losing the 3000 points of damage. The effect of losing the 3000 points is not avoidable, except with The End of Anubis. Also be aware of effects that negate the effect, not the activation, of this card - you will not gain any Life Points, but you will lose them if this card leaves the field.

• Use this card when you have The Agent of Force - Mars and Sanctuary of the Sky, Neo-Parshath, the Sky Paladin and Sanctuary of the Sky, and/or Ancient Sacred Wyvern on your field. They each gain Attack equal to the difference in your and your opponent's LP while your LP are higher.
  • Because this is a trap card, you can activate it after your opponent declares your monster an attack target and can cause a huge surprise as well as destroying their monster and more damage to them that also increases your monster's Attack even more.

• If The End of Anubis is on the field, when this card is sent to the Graveyard while face-up, you will not lose 3000 Life Points.

• Use this card with The Agent of Judgment - Saturn and The Sanctuary in the Sky to gain an instant 3000LP boost over the opponent and since The Agent of Judgment - Saturn will do the 3000 back to your opponent, it won't matter if it is destroyed later.

• Use Prime Material Dragon or Rainbow Life with this card so that you'll just gain another 3000 when the card is destroyed.
  • There is a current dispute over if this card inflicts damage or not in the TCG. The above tip is true if the card inflicts damage, if not, then the tip is unable to work at all and the user will still lose 3000LP.
  • Regardless of the TCG stand, in the OCG the card uses the term "damage" so the above tip works.

• Use this card with Imperial Custom to be sure that it will not be destroyed.
