• This card can be Tribute Summoned with one Tribute, using either "Kaiser Sea Horse", or "Gellenduo".
• Equip Guardian Angel Joan with Cestus of Dagla to gain more life points every time you inflict damage.
  • Combine the above with "Fairy Meteor Crush" or "Big Bang Shot" to deal more damage while gaining lifepoints with each attack.
  • Alternatively, use Final Attack Orders to permanently change your opponent's monsters into attack mode, thus gaining exactly 2700 lifepoints with each attack (Guardian Angel Joan's effect gives you lifepoints equal to the destroyed monster's ATK, while Cestus of Dagla gives you lifepoints equal to the battle damage, otherwise known as the difference between Joan's ATK and the ATK of the destroyed monster). For added damage, use Ojama Trio to inflict 3600 lifepoint damage for each destroyed token.
• Summon this card with "Mausoleum of the Emperor" in order to get it out on the field quickly, as unless your opponent intervenes, its effect should pay its cost.
• Use this card along with "Fire Princess" to inflict some damage every time you gain from Joan's effect.
