* To help complete the lockdown, use "[[Djinn Releaser of Rituals]]" to prevent Special Summons and "Honest" to prevent attacks. With this card's powerful effect you can perform a near-perfect lock on your opponent, barring counter traps.
** "[[Djinn Curse Enchanter of Rituals]]" will also prevent your opponent from utilizing the effects of cards like "[[Stardust Dragon]]" against this card.
** "[[Djinn Disserere of Rituals]]" is another ritual djinn that goes well with this card, protecting it from counter traps that it cannot negate. "Djinn Disserere of Rituals" will keep the "Herald" from being destroyed by "[[Divine Wrath]]" or "[[Gladiator Beast War Chariot]]", cards which would otherwise be a serious problem for it.
