- This card works wonderfully with Harpie's Pet Baby Dragon, as it allows you to immediately bring out three or more Harpies so as to make full use of Harpie's Pet Baby Dragon's effects; the only downside is that if Hysteric Party is destroyed or otherwise removed from the field, Harpie's Pet Baby Dragon suddenly becomes extremely vulnerable.
