"Level Up!":

This card is best suited to upgrade Type 1 and Type 2 LV Monsters, but be warned—"Armed Dragon LV7" cannot upgrade to "Armed Dragon LV10" with this card, because "Armed Dragon LV10" is not within the card text of "Armed Dragon LV7".
