• This card goes well with "Big Eye", "A Cat of Ill Omen", "Fruits of Kozaky's Studies", "Deep Diver", or in the odd occurrence your opponent has used "Parasite Paracide" on you and it is on top of your deck.

• Do not combine this with Convulsion of Nature since this card's cost will send Convulsion of Nature to the graveyard. Thus, leaving your next card unknown

• Use Wall of Revealing Light/Gift Card to make the exchange of life points as beneficial to you as possible. This is especially important as the effect of Reversal Quiz will leave you open to attack on your opponent's turn.

• Use Backs to the Wall to reduce your life points to one hundred before activating.

• By placing a card from your hand back on top of your Deck to Special Summon Plaguespreader Zombie from your Graveyard with its own effect, you will know the type (and more!) of card to call for this card's effect.

• Using "Field-Commander Rahz's" effect to bring a Warrior to the top of the deck will help you with this card's effect.

• Use Destiny Hero - Diamond Dude in conjunction with Convulsion of Nature or Big Eye to avoid the cost.

• If you use A Feather of the Phoenix to place Gorz the Emissary of Darkness from the Graveyard to the top of your deck, you can activate Reversal Quiz, and have a 2700 attack Beatstick and the token just waiting to end the duel, since your opponent will likely have very low lifepoints if you guess monster. Since you will have no monsters on the field, and your opponent probably will, they would probably attack you directly. There will be no way you will get it wrong since you placed Gorz the Emissary of Darkness on the top of the deck. Similarly, you could use "Deep Diver" to get it from the deck.

• You could combine this card with monsters that reborn themselves(i.e. Treeborn Frog or The Immortal Bushi) so that you won't leave yourself completely open to your opponent's attacks.

• Use Interdimensional Matter Transporter before activating this card, so you can have a defending monster.

• Have "Mezuki", "Red-Eyes Wyvern" or some other card that lets you Special Summon from the Graveyard so you can have a monster to attack with.

• Cyber Valley's effect regarding sending a card from your Graveyard on top of your deck, or using Back to Square One on your own monster can help.

• Crystal Beast Cobalt Eagle can send itself back to the top of the deck. Just set your Fuhma Shuriken, use Mirror Wall, Wall of Revealing Light, or Solemn Judgment to get your life points low, and there is your Reversal Quiz OTK.
