If the only monster a player controls is "PSY-Framelord Omega", they can use both of that monster's effects to enable this card's second effect.

Although "Scrap-Iron Scarecrow" may seem like a better version of this card, this card's first effect doesn't target, and this card has an additional effect for preventing multiple direct attacks in one turn.
