"Impenetrable Attack":

The international version of this card has the attacked monster's thigh and leg area covered up. There is also a lot of changes made toward her breast area like the size of them being reduced, the gleam being removed, a darker shading is applied, and the breast outline on her left side is removed. Also, the bulge on the man's pants was removed and his pants is given a darker red shading.
