Regarding the ATK boost

The TCG effect clearly states "You can target 1 face-up "Number C39: Utopia Ray" you control; equip this card from your hand to that target. It gains 1900 ATK." This implies that the 1900 ATK boost only applies if the equipped monster is Utopia Ray, thus making the tips involving equipping it to Exabeetle becomes invalid.
